LEMO Legacy Maker Tournament

Building Tomorrow's Champions.

The LEMO Legacy Maker Tournament is a high‑energy indoor volleyball fundraiser (in partnership with Encore Volleyball Club & The League Sports) designed to support the LEMO Championship Scholarship Fund. Teams come together for a competitive, community‑driven tournament where every serve, dig, and rally directly helps student‑athletes access the resources they need to succeed. This event isn’t just about volleyball — it’s about creating opportunity. All proceeds from the tournament go toward scholarships that help LEMO athletes cover club fees, training, travel, and essential support services. When you register a team, donate, or simply show up, you’re helping keep athletes on the court and on track for their dreams.

Time: 8am to 6pm (Captains meeting at 8:40am). First Serve at 9:00am

Play With Purpose. Support The Future.

To understand the heart behind this event, hear directly from Vanessa Pan, Encore coach and co-host of the LEMO Legacy Maker Tournament:

Potential is equally distributed, but opportunity is not. As a college volleyball alum, I’ve seen time and again that the equation for a successful student athlete is potential + resources + opportunity. While the potential exists, some athletes don’t have access to the same resources available to others.

LEMO exists to close that gap.

When the Covid pandemic sent me home with no access to resources from my college athletics program, I was lucky to still train at a high level at LEMO and find mentors in people who pushed for excellence on and off the court. They leveled up my game and helped me return to college physically and mentally ready to be a playmaker in the remaining three seasons of my college career. This sport and LEMO have given me habits for success and relationships that allow me to build the life I envisioned after my volleyball career. LEMO student athletes are given the tools required to reach the next level regardless of their families’ financial status.

That's what this tournament supports.

Why This Matters.

For the 2025–26 season alone, LEMO has awarded over $550,000 in financial aid, ensuring that no athlete’s dreams are limited by their family’s financial situation. LEMO’s comprehensive, all-in-one facility provides a home for sports, education, and community programming that nurtures championship culture on the court and beyond.

Guided by the philosophy: “Don’t expect to accomplish your dreams if you’re not willing to help others accomplish theirs,” LEMO fosters a culture of excellence, ambition, and selflessness — a culture carried forward by the many alumni who now give back.

Every dollar raised through the LEMO Legacy Maker Tournament goes directly to the Championship Scholarship Fund, helping student‑athletes stay on their path toward college, leadership, and lifelong success.

When you play in this tournament, you’re not just competing — you’re building tomorrow’s champions.
