Many of our Playmakers come to us with difficult family situations. At LEMO, we believe Playmakers need to develop confidence and a strong sense of self in order to make good decisions and choices. They need to understand the importance of goal setting and the rewards that come from discipline and hard work. By the time they graduate from high school, our Playmakers see beyond their perceived limitations and gain self-confidence to dream big and challenge themselves to be a better sister, brother, student, athlete and citizen.
How do we achieve this?
- One-on-one relationship building
- Game day support
- Seminars on leadership
- Community outreach
- Visiting with successful individuals and businesses
- College tours
- Family dinners
- Group sight seeing and athletic training
We use these functions to reinforce the LEMO value system of discipline, hard work, giving to others through community service and loyalty to the LEMO family. Join the movement and be a catalyst for change!
