Athletic performance is where barriers are broken down and personal trust is built. We inspire our Playmakers to be their best, through the essential elements of hard work, discipline, sacrifice, accountability, humility and gratitude. This is where internal motivation is necessary in order to reach positive results.
Each Playmaker is evaluated on the basis of their individual requirements and performance expectations. A program is then developed to optimize athletic performance for their particular sport. We implement good nutrition habits and stress its impact on performance.
We have an elite group of trainers that have inspired our Playmakers through their unconventional techniques and proven results. Below are the training techniques utilized at LEMO:
- Agility: Sand and cone work
- Speed: Track and strength training
- Power: Weight lifting and Olympic movement exercises
- Balance and Concentration: Disk workouts
- Endurance: Stair workouts, pool workouts
